If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us to facilitate a return or exchange. We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise within seven (7) days of receiving your item(s). All tags must be attached with original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to limit returns on personal use items.
- Swimwear or undergarments with missing liners or tampered tags will be refused and no refund will be issued.
- Merchandise marked with stains or makeup, that have an odor or contain animal hair is not valid for return.
- Seasonal items will only be accepted for return until the holiday week.
- Hot Deal items are available for exchange at the rate of purchase only.
Our dedicated customer service team will help you navigate your return and issue a refund, product exchange or store credit.
Shipping Policy
We currently only accept orders from within United States. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5, no matter the size of your order! Shipping times and capabilities may vary by manufacturer. Lulu's Luxuries does not guarantee specific shipping times. Free shipping is available for customers with an order total of $75+. Applicable taxes may apply.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of order placement through our online store. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo. All payments are secured through our website.
Custom Design Policy
The design team at Lulu's Luxuries is happy to create unique, personalized clothing items for customers. We can help your idea come to life or make something for you. We will not recreate copyrighted material such as logos, song lyrics or trademarked slogans. We reserve the right to reject design requests that we feel fall along these lines.
Privacy Policy
Lulu's Luxuries may request personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address and credit card information when processing online orders.
